- Product Owner & UX Designer
- Leed the project from scratch, from initial concept to delivery
- Gathered and translated user needs into actionable product requirements
- Designed a full prototype (150+ screens) covering 4 key user journeys
- Structured and prioritized the backlog using user stories
- Coordinated development across multiple user roles (exhibitors, suppliers, event organizers, sponsors)
- Conducted QA testing to ensure product quality and consistency
