End-to-end design and delivery of a multi-role event platform for a US-based client, conducted entirely in English.

• Product Owner & UX Designer
• Leed the project from scratch, from initial concept to delivery
• Gathered and translated user needs into actionable product requirements
• Designed a full prototype (150+ screens) covering 4 key user journeys
• Structured and prioritized the backlog using user stories
• Coordinated development across multiple user roles (exhibitors, suppliers, event organizers, sponsors)
• Conducted QA testing to ensure product quality and consistency
